1. What Hambot Does

Hambot is a decision-making tool that uses AI to suggest activities, food, and entertainment options for groups. You tell us your vibe, we give you picks.

2. Your Data

Hambot processes your inputs (activity type, preferences, location, budget) to generate recommendations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. AI Recommendations

Recommendations are generated by AI models and based on publicly available data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any suggested option. Always verify details (hours, pricing, location) before visiting.

4. Accounts

If you sign in with Google, we store your name, email, and profile picture for account identification. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings.

5. Pro Subscription

Hambot Pro is billed monthly at ₱29/month through RevenueCat and Paddle. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are handled by the platform (App Store / Google Play).

6. Limitations

Hambot is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI suggestions, or for any issues arising from visiting suggested locations.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Hambot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

1. What We Collect

When you use Hambot, we collect:

Inputs you provide: activity type, preferences, dislikes, location, budget
Account info (if signed in): name, email, profile picture from Google
Usage data: saved decisions, bookmarks, lists

2. How We Use Your Data

Your inputs are sent to AI models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek) to generate recommendations. We do not use your data to train AI models or for advertising.

3. What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal data
We do not use your data for targeted advertising
We do not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the service (AI providers, payment processor)

4. Data Storage

Your account data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Saved decisions, bookmarks, and lists are stored in your account and can be deleted at any time.

5. Google OAuth

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, or any other Google data.

6. Payments

Hambot Pro subscriptions are processed by RevenueCat and Paddle. We do not store your payment information. RevenueCat and Paddle's privacy policies apply to payment processing.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

8. Children's Privacy

Hambot is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
